|Recommended: YesGreat move in experience and environment — I absolutely love living here at Sunset Terrace, even dealing with the infestation, the manager and Team as a whole have been very helpful in following thru with the pest control third party to eradicate the issue. Of all the properties I've looked at in my search, this is the cleanest, adult environment, very open and quiet complex I've seen. I would and have recommended moving here to other associates of mine.

|Recommended: YesMuch needed improvements — Place looks clean no more noisy neighbors and I haven’t seen any bugs inside or around. New dumpsters an a steam clean around grass looks good. There’s a new maintenance crew an property manager that’s on top of everything so its much nicer now

The staff is great — That this a quiet place to live and friendly neighbors clean grounds. And maintenance problems they fix basically the same day

|Recommended: YesHappy tenants — I've only discovered two problems. Otherwise we are so happy here. But the bugs are annoying .Though your exterminator does a good job and it lasts for awhile. The one other thing is the laundry room. I really wish there were at least fans in there so we didn't bake from the outside heat and the dryer heat. Otherwise it's the best place we've ever lived.
